Welcome to Kenny’s Insulation Pty Ltd.
The following terms and conditions, along with site policies such as the Privacy Policy and other
customer service policies, govern the use of Kenny’s Insulation Pty Ltd and constitute the entire
agreement between the contracting parties.
By using our site and processing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions listed below.

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice.
Historic terms and conditions can be accessed on request by written notice to Kenny’s Insulation Pty
Ltd. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions set out on the date of
that transaction.

Content is protected by Australian and International Copyright law. We do not give permission for
any part or area of this site to be copied, sold or used for any commercial purpose without written
consent.
Shipping and Delivery
The client remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred for delivery of supply only products.
We commit to delivery of your order within 7-14 days of payment for the goods. However there may
be times were delays are incurred due to supplier stock availability. Kenny’s Insulation will
communicate these challenges to the client as required. We take no responsibility for delays to your
order that are out of our control.
Confirmation of Order
All orders placed online are subject to acceptance by Kenny’s Insulation Pty Ltd. If an order is not
accepted, Kenny’s Insulation will communicate this to the client by email, phone and or text
message. From there a full refund will be processed asap.
Payment and Deliveries
Kenny’s Insulation Pty Ltd will not ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been
received. Clients with a pre-approved credit facility will be billed in accordance with your signed
credit application.
In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Kenny’s Insulation Pty Ltd may cancel the
transaction and effect a full refund. All prices listed are GST inclusive unless mentioned otherwise
Purpose of Goods
Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any
other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their
use.
Advice and Information
The advice and information contained within this website is of a general nature and is not intended
to constitute or replace professional advice for individual or specific conditions. While we make
every effort to ensure that the information contained within this website is correct, we take no
responsibility for any loss or damage arising from its use.

Conclusion of transaction
The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are delivered to the address provided by the
customer. A photo of the delivery onsite is available for all customers to see and can be obtained by
contacting our office Monday to Friday from 9 am till 2pm.
Install Specific Terms and Guarantees
The following information pertains solely to supply and install customers.
Kenny’s Insulation are fully insured and installs will comply with AS/NZS 4859.1. Our installers are
trained to fit batts in accordance with the guidelines set out by ICANZ (The insulation council of
Australia and NZ)
Terms of Install
By accepting our quotes for supply and install you are bound by specific conditions as set out below.
- No responsibility will be held by Kenny’s Insulation for completed work on sites that are
exposed to the elements or vandalism after install is complete - If your site is not ready for FULL install on your booked day, or a SECOND visit to a job site be
required, through no fault of Kenny's Insulation a return fee of $250.00 (inc GST) - If removal of waste is required, please communicate this to Kennys within 24 hours of your
install. Removal will incur a fee of $130.00 incl GST. Rubbish will be either placed in onsite
skip bin or if that’s not available we will tie bags and leave neatly in the garage - Kennys insulation will string all ceilings and walls were required to ensure batts remain in
place ready for gyprocking - Kennys suggest gyprocking take place within several days of your install. Sites left un
sheeted for longer than 5 days may experience movement. A call out fee will be applied if
we are asked to return to site and remedy this (through no fault of our own) - Kennys Insulation will require easy access to the site for our vehicles to unload and roll stock
on site. This usually takes around 30 mins. During this time we require immediate access to
the driveway (or other entry point that’s a driveway width) - If Kennys insulation is unable to complete an install for any reason, by 6pm on the day of
your booking, we will notify the customer by phone or text by 3pm on the day - Extra charges may apply if your brick walls are exposed to the frames. (ie no sarking
between brick wall and a frame) Kennys Insulation will string the rear of these frames in
order to keep batts from touching brickwork. However Kennys Insulation takes no
responsibility for any exposed brick walls were sarking is not fitted - Void areas require scaffolding and/or scissor lifts onsite that enable safe access to these high
areas. Kennys Insulation can supply its own scaffolding if required, extra charges will apply. If
we are using a client’s scaffolding and for any reason we can not safely reach all high areas
on said scaffolding, Kennys will communicate to the customer and leave sufficient product
onsite for this section. No discounts or refunds will be processed if this occurs. - An insulation certificate can be provided to clients after install, please contact our office to
request this. Please note: if your account is overdue at any time, Kennys may ask for this to
be remedied before issuing relevant certificates.
The Kennys Guarantee
Delivery & Returns
Kenny’s Insulation delivers only within New South Wales, and only to the postcodes listed online. If
your postcode is not listed, please call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate your
needs.
Delivery is via our own fleet or through Fletchers Insulation courier services. Standard delivery to
metropolitan and CBD areas is $105. We have a minimum order value of $1000 excluding delivery.
In order to see if we service your postcode, simply enter your postcode at the cart and see if it
populates. If you are unsure whether your area is eligible or not, please do not hesitate to contact
us.
Delivery costs may differ to regional areas if the order is being shipped to areas with higher than
normal freight charges. If your postcode is available on our ordering system, the delivery fee quoted
will be correct and accurate.
Delivery Estimates
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 7-14 business days. In some circumstances
orders may take longer, however you will be notified of the delay.
The length of time for delivery of your order depends on stock availability and the delivery point.
We do not provide an express service (unless agreed to by way of a phone call to our offices) and we
cannot guarantee delivery days and times.
Returns
Once an order is accepted and processed by Kennys Insulation, we are not able to offer refunds on
your order, unless Kennys Insulation has been negligent of its duties and/or responsibilities outlined
in these terms.
Privacy Policy
Kenny’s Insulation Pty Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to its web site. This
Internet Privacy Statement is provided to make you aware of how Kenny’s Insulation Pty Ltd collects,
uses and manages information of visitors to it’s website.
Kenny’s Insulation Pty Ltd collects the following information regarding visitors to our web sites:
